Contribution Guidelines

• Contribution Limits: Washington State law does not impose contribution limits for candidates running for local offices such as fire commissioner. However, all contributions must be reported to the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC).

• Reporting Requirements: Contributions over $100 require the donor's name and address. Contributions over $250 also require the donor's occupation and employer information.

• Anonymous Contributions: The total amount of anonymous contributions cannot exceed $500 per election.
